创建和管理 Bot

A Bot is a durable AI teammate with a name, a job, its own conversation, and working context that develops over time. Create a separate Bot when the work has a distinct goal or area of ownership, set of tools and sources, working style, approval boundary, or recurring schedule. Good jobs include Talent Scout, Expense Manager, and Bug Reproduction. A job such as General Helper gives the Bot less guidance and makes its saved context harder to reuse. Describe the role in operational terms, for example: own the weekly account-health review; pull product usage and support signals; flag evidence of churn or expansion; produce a linked watch list for the customer-success team; never contact a customer or change an account without approval.

Bot 是持久的 AI 同事：有名字、有职责、有自己的对话，干活的上下文会随时间长出来。出现独立的目标或负责范围、工具和来源、干活风格、审批边界、或固定日程时，就该另建一个。好职责像人才侦察、报销管家、复现 Bug。叫「万能助手」指引少，攒下的上下文也难再用。用干活的话说职责，比如：负责每周客户健康回顾；拉产品使用和支持信号；标出流失或扩单的证据；给客户成功团队做一份带链接的观察名单；没批准绝不联系客户、不改账号。

Choose New in the sidebar or press Cmd/Ctrl+N. In New chat, select Create new agent. Grok Bot creates and opens a Bot named New Agent. Open Bot actions → Edit Profile to set its name, title, description, and avatar, then start a conversation with a concrete task. Your existing Bots can also suggest or create a focused Bot when a job should have a long-lived owner. Ask before creating several Bots if you want to keep the roster small. An account can have up to 50 Bots and group chats combined.

侧栏点 New，或按 Cmd/Ctrl+N。在 New chat 里选 Create new agent。它会建并打开一个叫 New Agent 的 Bot。打开 Bot actions → Edit Profile，改名字、头衔、描述、头像，再丢一个具体任务进去。活该有长期主人时，现有 Bot 也可以建议或帮你建一个更专的。想花名册短，先问再批量建。一个账号最多 50 个 Bot 加群聊，合在一起算。

Open the Bot menu to change its name or description. Update the description when you discover a durable preference, boundary, or responsibility that should shape future work. Use the conversation for task-specific instructions. Use the description for rules that should remain true—for example, description: “Never send external messages without approval”; message: “Draft follow-ups for these twelve accounts.”

打开 Bot 菜单改名字或描述。发现会长期管用的偏好、边界、职责，就写进描述。具体这一次干什么，写在对话里。一直要成立的规矩，写在描述里。比如描述写「没批准绝不对外发消息」；消息写「给这十二个客户起草跟进」。

Pin active Bots to keep them at the top of the sidebar. Hide from sidebar removes a Bot from the main list without deleting its work. Open Show hidden chats at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Unhide, to restore a hidden Bot. Hiding does not pause the Bot or its routines.

常用的钉在侧栏顶上。Hide from sidebar 只是从主列表拿掉，活还在。侧栏底点 Show hidden chats，再 Unhide，就能找回。隐藏不会暂停这个 Bot，也不会停它的 routine。

Duplicate a Bot when you want the same role as a starting point for a different scope—for example, one Account Health Bot per region. The copy’s name ends with “copy” and carries the profile, settings, enabled skills, routines, and avatar. It does not copy conversation history, learned memory, or chat attachments. Rename it and provide the new scope before assigning work.

同一职责、不同范围时复制，比如每个地区一个客户健康 Bot。副本名字带 copy，会带上资料、设置、已启用的 skill、routine、头像。对话历史、学到的记忆、聊天附件不复制。先改名、写清新范围，再交活。

Share a public link when someone else should start from the same Bot. Open the Bot, copy its share link, and send it. The recipient opens a preview on x.ai and can choose Add to Grok Bot; they need the Grok Bot app to finish adding it. The link is public: anyone who has it can view the Bot’s shared configuration, including identity, description, skills, and routines. Remove API keys, internal URLs, customer data, and anything else you would not put in a public document before you share. Adding a shared Bot creates a copy on the recipient’s account. It does not give them your computer, logins, or conversation history. Shared Bots are created by other users, not by SpaceXAI. Adding one accepts the third-party bot terms.

别人想从同一个 Bot 起步，就发公开链接。打开这个 Bot，复制分享链接发出去。对方在 x.ai 上看预览，可以点 Add to Grok Bot；装好 App 才能加完。链接是公开的：拿到的人能看到身份、描述、skill、routine 这些共享配置。分享前把 API 密钥、内网地址、客户数据、以及你不会写进公开文档的东西都拿掉。对方加上去，是在他的账号里得到一份副本，拿不到你的电脑、登录、对话历史。分享出来的 Bot 是别人做的，不是 SpaceXAI 做的。加进去等于接受第三方 Bot 条款。

Deleting a Bot removes its active profile, conversation, and routines from Grok Bot. Shared computer files and sign-ins are not isolated by Bot and may remain on the computer. Backend retention follows the applicable Cursor terms. If you may need the work later, hide the Bot instead.

删除会拿掉它在 Grok Bot 里的现用资料、对话和 routine。共用电脑上的文件和登录不按 Bot 隔离，可能还留着。后台留存按适用的 Cursor 条款。以后可能还要用，就隐藏，别删。

A Bot can retain stable working preferences, important facts, and summaries from its work, so it can keep a role over time without replaying every prior message. Memory is not a substitute for an authoritative source: keep changing facts in the source system; ask the Bot to cite or reopen current data for consequential decisions; correct stale assumptions directly; put explicit safety boundaries in the Bot description. Bots have separate roles and conversations, but they share the computer. They can pass context through direct messages, group chats, and shared files.

Bot 能留下稳定的干活偏好、重要事实、工作摘要，这样它能长期守一个角色，不用把旧消息整段重放。记忆替不了权威来源：会变的事实放源系统；重大决定让它引用或重新打开当前数据；过时的假设直接纠正；安全边界写进描述。Bot 的职责和对话是分开的，电脑是共用的。上下文可以通过私信、群聊、共享文件传过去。

Start with the smallest useful roster. Give one Bot ownership of an end-to-end outcome. Add another Bot only when the work has a stable specialist role. Put Bots in a group chat when the handoff itself needs to be visible. Keep external actions behind a clear approval boundary. For example, a Website Launch group might include a launch coordinator, a content editor, and an analytics reviewer. The coordinator can assign work, while the group preserves the handoffs in one conversation.

花名册从最小好用的开始。先让一个 Bot 对从头到尾的结果负责。只有出现稳定的专家角色，再加第二个。交接本身要看得见，就放进群聊。对外动作放在清楚的审批边界后面。比如网站上线群：一个上线协调、一个内容编辑、一个分析复核。协调的人可以分活，群把交接留在同一段对话里。
